Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Production Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Pawling, NY. This hands‑on role supports various production departments and involves material handling, product fabrication, inspection, machine operation, quality control, and shipping preparation.

Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble rubber‑based products according to work specifications

• Operate production equipment and machinery, including curing and processing equipment

• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform product testing, visual inspections, and quality checks

• Grind, trim, and repair products as needed

• Move materials and finished products by hand or using carts

• Prepare products for packaging and shipment

• Read work instructions and complete production documentation accurately

• Support multiple departments as needed and assist with other production tasks

Qualifications, Skills &

Physical Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, automotive, construction, carpentry, warehouse operations, or similar hands‑on environments preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment

• Ability to accurately measure using rulers, tape measures, calipers, and other basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow written instructions, complete documentation, and work efficiently in a team environment

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting that may involve heat, noise, and repetitive tasks

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday

• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and willing to learn multiple production processes
