Work Schedule:

Onsite – Buffalo, NY

• Work from operation sheets, blueprints, sketches, and bodies to plan the entire sequence of work performed.
• Select, sharpen, and/or make special tooling as required.
• Select lighting aids, inspection gauges, and visual magnification required to meet quality specifications.
• Perform work on complex bodies with multi‑internal hole intersections and include all work performed by Finisher II employees on occasion.
• Instruct and assist Finisher II employees on new jobs and methods.

• High School diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Finisher in a machine‑shop setting.

• Hourly salary range: $27.00–$32.00.
• Shift differential pay: 10% for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.

Base hourly salary for this position in Buffalo, NY is $27.00–$32.00. Actual salaries may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Total compensation may include bonuses, employee stock purchase plan and other benefits.
