Hours:

Monday-Friday; 1stshift 6:00am-2:30pm/7:00am-3:30pmor 2nd

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm/3:00pm-11:30pmResponsibilities

Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.

Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.

Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document all activities accordingly.

Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.

Apply planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.

Maintain production standards and targets, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Create forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batch production with accuracy and detail.

Complete all assigned duties in a safe manner consistent with company safety policies.

Ensure quality standards are met and production pace is maintained.

Work environment provided with gloves and goggles.

Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Experience working on a production line Experience working in a GMP/SOP environment

Ability to perform repairs and extensive maintenance tasks

Basic machinery and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of safety and environmental testing procedures

Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities

You should be proficient in:

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Machine Safety Inspections High School / GED Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
