A leading watch company is hiring a Workshop Technician to join their team. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform assembly, timing, inspection, and casing tasks. This role is based on-site and requires a high school diploma. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining quality standards and efficient workflow.
Workshop Technician Responsibilities:- Perform assembly, disassembly, and lubrication of watch components to meet quality standards.
- Adjust and troubleshoot movement timing, ensuring precision and proper function.
- Inspect watch movements for wear, damage, and accuracy, making necessary corrections.
- Assemble and install dials, hands, and case components in serviced watches.
- Manage work documentation, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Knowledge of watch assembly, timing, and inspection processes.
- Relevant computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with Rolex or Tudor watches is preferred.
