HOURS: B-Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the Manufacturing Supervisor position is to provide supervision to all functions of the Manufacturing process, Materials, Equipment and Facility Maintenance activities for the LSO Systems Value streams including high precision optical system builds utilizing Electronics, Machined Metals, and Optical Lens components, along with quality activities that support these product lines.

A successful supervisor will ensure compliance to company and employee standards while leading by example. This role will interface with production planning to ensure attainable schedules are in place and then deliver as expected. The supervisor must be able to set priorities and work cross‑functionally to resolve production issues, escalating when appropriate.
