Bench Technician; Ny

P/T entry level position in our Engineering Dept. working with a nationally recognized leader in broadcast and media technology solutions. Based at our Yorktown Heights facility, as a Bench Technician you will be part of a team that is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of broadcast equipment.

• Component level repairs of broadcast equipment
• Communicating with manufacturers and vendors to schedule outsourced repairs and keep record of RMA’s, shipment tracking, and other documents related to those repairs
• Maintaining in-house stock levels for parts and supplies required for repairs
• Familiarity with cable harness assemblies and repairs a plus
• Mechanical background, PC literacy and ability to read direction from schematics and build sheets are a plus
