What your day looks like
You arrive to a clean, fast-paced shop floor where you’ll take a raw billet and, using a Mazak Integrex (or comparable mill/turn center), transform it into a flight-critical component. You’ll load programs, verify toolpaths, set up work holding, and run live-tooling operations to machine precision features in a single setup. Throughout the shift, you’ll read prints, make smart adjustments in G-code or Mazatrol, and collaborate with inspection to keep quality on target and throughput humming.

Program and operate multi-tasking Integrex machines to deliver tight-tolerance aerospace parts.
Blend turning and milling operations efficiently to reduce setups and improve quality.
Drive continuous improvement with sound mechanical judgment and disciplined organization.
Must-have qualifications
Hands-on experience with Mazak Integrex or a comparable mill/turn platform.
Working knowledge of G-code and Mazatrol.
Ability to program and set up CNC machines from engineering prints and written instructions.
Proficiency running live-tooling CNC lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong organizational skills to manage tools, offsets, and documentation.
Experience machining a range of materials, including plastics.
Background producing aerospace components with close tolerances.
Preferred experience
Independently executing complex setups.
Selecting tools, designing/choosing work holding, programming, and sequencing new operations.
Advanced troubleshooting without supervision.
Running CMM programs and preparing jobs for inspection.
Programming in G-code, Mazatrol, or Mastercam.
Operating multi-axis CNC equipment and managing complex offsets.
10+ years machining tight-tolerance parts (aerospace preferred).Comfort across multiple materials and machine types.
Formal CNC machining training or certification.
