PDI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun.–Thurs., 11:00pm–7:30am) to lead 10–20 union associates on packaging lines. The role focuses on minimizing downtime while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced packaging environment.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervision in manufacturing and hands-on packaging equipment experience, with bilingual Spanish being a plus. SQL-related or PLC experience is preferred for troubleshooting complex lines.
