Location: New York

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, outgoing and self‑motivated manager to service our external clients and internal account management team on the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding and hands‑on experience in Ad Operations, as well as general customer success management including optimization strategies, performance monitoring, and client communications and will be adept and skilled at managing a team to peak performance.

We deliver both healthcare professional and consumer targeted Internet advertising campaigns across a variety of channels including display, native, video, sponsor ships and email. We work with both digital advertising agencies and pharmaceutical companies directly. The position requires a highly detail‑oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal, team and company success. The right candidate is a customer service fanatic, produces high quality work, is well organized, precise, and both technical and detail‑oriented.

4‑7 years in a digital ad operations role and/or customer success roles, and at least 2‑3 years of management experience running small or medium‑sized teams. Ideal candidate will possess experience in setting up HCP/NPI list targeted campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual’s primary role includes:

  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance, and revenue delivery
  • Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance, recommend, communicate and make optimizations to hit customer goals for all managed campaigns, including direct and programmatic
  • Oversee Campaign Management teams to ensure timely collection of creative assets, target lists, and other client deliverables to ensure timely and accurate campaign starts.
  • Understand customer KPIs and monitor for success, optimizing and ensuring effective campaigns, so renewals are high.
  • Proactively work with internal data analytics and reporting to recommend campaign improvements and optimizations to Account Managers and clients.
  • Maintain pre and post‑launch QA process for all ads (3rd Party tags, creatives), assuring that all ads meet creative specs, and are tracked properly
  • Communication and engagement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support post‑sales efforts with Account Management team, (your team is involved in post sales execution from closing opportunities in Salesforce, to campaign/product set‑up and execution, to handling revision orders, etc.)
  • Assist Finance with internal and third‑party delivery reporting to ensure proper revenue reconciliation
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
  • Experience in ad trafficking, ad operations and/or advertising agency digital media buying and planning
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with App Nexus/Xandr, Double Verify/Ad‑Juster, IAS, Native Ad servers; knowledge of other third‑party ad operations and ad server tools is a strong plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and strong problem skills.
  • Understanding of advertising industry, media buying/selling – pharmaceutical experience a plus, but not required
  • Expertise in standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with CRM systems – ( and Digital Inventory Systems – DFP/GAM)
  • Detail‑oriented

  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently while regularly communicating with and contributing to the success of a team
  • Passionate about Internet advertising and obsessed with satisfying clients
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a strength and aptitude toward math and numbers.
