Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution - Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns (including events, organic, paid search, social media, email, and webinars) to drive leads and build the sales pipeline.
- Content and Program Development - Develop content strategy and manage execution through internal and external resources.
- Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Partners, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency, enablement, and alignment of go-to-market strategy with campaigns and growth objectives.
- Optimization - Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data to improve results and maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Track and report key performance metrics, including leads > MQLs > SQLs >
Opportunities, attribution, influence, cost, and effectiveness. - Budget Management - Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels.
- People Management - Lead and manage a team, including internal staff and contractors, to execute campaigns, design assets, and deliver content supporting marketing goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading both internal teams and external contractors.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and Partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Master’s preferred but not required.
