The Head of Brand & Content will shape and elevate the company’s brand identity, driving thought leadership in observability and technology for regulated markets.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
What will you be doing?- Lead the evolution from legacy IT monitoring brand to modern observability platform leader
- Define and execute a unified visual identity and digital presence that reflect innovation and credibility
- Build executive visibility programs, positioning company leaders as trusted industry voices
- Oversee content strategy across all channels—balancing awareness, education, and demand generation
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary brand and content team to deliver consistent, high-impact storytelling
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ in senior brand or content leadership
- Proven record of successful brand transformation or repositioning in enterprise technology
- Deep knowledge of thought leadership, PR, and executive communications
- Experience engaging Financial Services or other regulated sectors
- Strong portfolio showcasing measurable results in content-driven growth
