Senior Account Manager

Summary

Safebox LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support digital advertising initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and optimize campaign performance, strategically plan branded and performance video campaigns, and lead complex platform initiatives.

• Analyze campaign performance data and guide KPI-driven measurement strategies
• Identify performance trends, optimize campaigns, and provide insights for upsell and pitch opportunities
• Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Client Partners, and cross-functional teams (Creative Strategy, Marketing Science) throughout RFP and pitch processes
• Develop insight-driven digital campaigns delivering measurable ROI
• Collaborate on advertiser education, product updates, and best-practice materials
• Consult advertisers and agencies on campaign optimization and platform capabilities
• Develop best-in-class case studies supporting a test-and-learn strategy

• 7+ years total experience in digital advertising and/or account management
• 5+ years of client-facing experience managing advertiser or agency relationships
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with digital advertising platforms
  
  Central (social and/or programmatic)
• 3+ years of experience managing full‑funnel campaigns (Awareness, Consideration, Conversionолотум)
• Strong experience analyzing campaign performance data and delivering actionable insights
• Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
• Experience working in biddable auction‑based advertising environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Power Point
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• (or equivalent years of experience)
• Hands‑on experience with Snapchat or similar social/programmatic advertising platforms
