What You’ll Do

As Assistant Influencer Strategist
, you will bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead influencer programming on brands across the agency. You’ll contribute in all phases of the influencer process and help position our clients at the forefront of the cultural zeitgeist through influencer programming.

You will research and identify influencers, review content to ensure briefs are met, and help build client recaps showcasing our work.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities
  • Dissect client objectives and collaborate with senior team members to craft culture-focused strategies with influencer at the heart
  • Manage influencer programs that align with brand targets and create synergy between PR, social, and paid efforts
  • Contribute to end-to-end influencer strategy and programming across accounts (from strategy to partner identification and contracting to content management); develop strategic recommendations and support major culture-forward programming
  • Help set influencer strategy for clients
  • Identify and connect brands to influencers/taste makers/content creators who advance culture
  • Manage influencer/partner integrations and programs aligned with brand targets
  • Strengthen relationships with taste makers and influencers for programmatic and ad hoc collaborations
  • Oversee day-to-day collaborations and partnerships
  • Develop negotiations and contract review expertise with influencers and vendors, understanding legal scope and payment terms
  • Demonstrate program success through reporting and storytelling
  • Ensure programming is executed with excellence and the right specialists are engaged at each step
  • Report on competitive brands and trends and develop unique approaches to leverage them
  • Support the team day-to-day and, when needed, serve as client point of contact on assigned accounts
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients and build trust-based client relationships
Program Oversight & Management
  • Design work plans for programs
  • Ensure output quality for self and team
  • Collaborate within integrated agency teams and with partners
  • Problem-solve quickly when issues arise
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Experience with tastemaker/influencer identification, negotiation, contracting, and activation management
  • In touch with cultural and industry trends
  • Ability to adapt to changes and counsel on pivots
  • Experience activating influencer programs across social platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, etc.)
  • Self-directed, motivated, takes ownership of projects, and follows through to completion
