As a Senior Strategist
, you will own the strategic direction from pitch through to post-campaign, turning insights into bold creative concepts. You will collaborate closely with Client Solutions, Creative, Talent, Paid Media, and Business Development to deliver campaigns that are both beautiful and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Develop campaign strategies from audience profiling to content formats and performance KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to craft platform-native campaign concepts.
• Write high-quality briefs and strategic decks.

Insights, Data & Measurement Strategy:

• Define measurement frameworks for success across CPV, ER, and platform-specific KPIs.
• Use data to inform targeting, creative direction, and optimization.
• Partner with Paid Media and Client Solutions to interpret results and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years in strategy, planning, insights, or branded content.
• Beauty industry fluency and knowledge of platform behaviors.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and audience data.
