Senior Product Marketing Manager
We’re working with a high‑growth, AI‑driven B2B SaaS company operating in a complex, enterprise market that’s building its Product Marketing function. We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to act as the strategic backbone of GTM, messaging, and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities- Own messaging and positioning across core products and buyer personas.
- Build and run a competitive intelligence program in a fast‑moving market.
- Partner deeply with Product on roadmap, releases, and market feedback.
- Lead buyer research, win/loss analysis, and persona development.
- Enable Sales with clear, differentiated narratives that improve win‑rates.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Marketing and Product leadership.
- Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong product partnership experience (not downstream PMM).
- Commercial mindset — understands pipeline, deals, and buyers.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building from scratch.
- Curious, opinionated, and energized by competitive markets.
AI, Reg Tech, Health Tech, Fin Tech, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
Package- $160k–$180k base + bonus.
- Hybrid NYC‑based role.
- Strong benefits and clear long‑term growth path.
