IMPACT is a fast-growing Strategic Marketing and Sales company focused on delivering exceptional products/services and building strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant who’s enthusiastic, driven, and ready to contribute to both creative marketing initiatives and hands-on sales efforts.

Role Overview:

This role blends creative marketing work with direct, face-to-face sales. You’ll help generate leads, engage customers directly, and support campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Perform direct sales activities including outreach, product presentations, and closing deals
• Attend events, trade shows, or field sales visits as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals

Requirements:

• Less than one year experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with direct sales outreach (phone, in-person, or video)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email software)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
