Your roleGlobal Relay is seeking a Head of Brand and Communications, who will be responsible for driving the brand and communications strategy across internal and external audiences. This role will build programs that reinforce our corporate strategy and brand positioning to attract, engage, and influence key audiences. This role will oversee a global team of brand and communications roles to create, execute, and monitor brand campaigns to amplify Global Relay s innovation and market leadership.
The Head of Brand and Communications will also develop and support internal communication strategies to keep our employees informed and engaged on key business objectives.
- Manage company brand and reputation through compelling, on-brand communications
- Establish and drive a multi-channel public relations strategy
- Develop storytelling and messaging that drives awareness, education, and engagement
- Assemble and oversee a diversely skilled communications team
- Develop branding initiatives, internal communications, and external media relations
- Develop brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms
- Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns
- Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and support internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, etc.
- Manage a brand and communications budget
- Manage external agencies as needed
- Broad experience across all facets of brand activation including brand identity, messaging development, campaign design, and media strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with PR
- Impeccable copywriting and copy-editing abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in stakeholder/analyst/community engagement and launches
- Clear and concise communication with team members and senior management
- Organizational, planning, and project/campaign management skills with minimal guidance
- Strong and confident leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
- MBA or advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 10+ years communications experience
- Experience managing digital content
- Previous experience in B2B, large enterprise software industry and SaaS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background. The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values.
