Looking for a Global Marketing Analytics – Senior Manager to join its Global Marketing & Social Analytics team. This role is critical in shaping data-driven theatrical marketing strategies across the U.S. and international markets.

• Lead advanced marketing analytics and insights to inform creative, media, and campaign strategy decisions
• Drive campaign performance analysis across paid and organic channels (digital, TV, streaming, social)
• Design and analyze marketing experiments, A/B tests, and brand lift studies
• Partner closely with creative and media teams to optimize content rotation and media strategy
• Analyze audience behavior, social listening data, and box office trends to uncover actionable insights
• Deliver high-impact presentations and storytelling for senior stakeholders
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to guide strategic planning

• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or media analytics
• 2+ years of experience within a major studio, streaming platform, or theatrical marketing agency
• Strong expertise in campaign effectiveness, experimentation, and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of TV, streaming, digital, and social media metrics
• Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
• Exposure to social listening and audience intelligence tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
