The VP, Marketing will lead global category strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution across a portfolio of Shark Beauty products. This role is essential in shaping Shark Beauty's growth trajectory through innovative product launches and consumer-focused branding efforts.

• Strategic Leadership

  Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Product Launches
  :
  Oversee the development and execution of successful product launch campaigns, ensuring maximum market impact and consumer engagement.
• Brand Development
  :
  Build and enhance the Shark Beauty brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand voice.
• Digital Marketing
  :
  Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive online engagement and sales.
• Analytics and Reporting
  :
  Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
• Innovation
  :
  Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance Shark Ninja's marketing strategy.

• 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in product launches and brand strategy
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

This role is based in Shark Ninja’s NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office at least 3-4 days per week to collaborate closely with the executive team and cross-functional partners.

The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
