About Your Role:
Affinity is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our demand generation efforts across digital channels, campaigns, and web experiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Demand Generation, this role offers hands-on exposure to paid media, email marketing, website optimization, and integrated campaign support within a B2B marketing environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation and Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, website, and integrated marketing programs
- Assist with paid media campaign execution, monitoring performance and supporting optimization efforts in partnership with internal teams and agencies
- Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture programs, including list segmentation, scheduling, QA, and performance tracking
- Support event promotion efforts through email, paid media, and event landing pages in collaboration with the Events team
- Website and Digital Experiences
- Build and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, and forms to support marketing initiatives
- Support ongoing website updates and optimizations using Word Press and related tools
- Help ensure consistent messaging and user experience across paid, email, and web touchpoints
- Reporting and Performance
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to understand performance across channels and funnel stages
- Assist with monitoring lead flow, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes to inform future improvements
- Help ensure marketing data and reporting support visibility for sales and marketing stakeholders
Your Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Experience executing campaigns across email, paid media, and web channels
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics
- Comfort working with performance metrics and campaign data
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and interest in working cross-functionally
- The following are a plus:
- Experience working with Word Press or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In)
- Exposure to event promotion or integrated marketing campaigns
Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 base salary
Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
