Marketing Content Manager

Looking for a B2B Content Lead to drive business growth through targeted, high-value content that speaks directly to employers and HR leaders. This role is responsible for creating and scaling content—white papers, case studies, webinars, and more—that attracts the right prospects, builds trust, and converts interest into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll sit at the intersection of content strategy, audience insight, and revenue, shaping how the Enterprise team shows up as a category-defining voice in employee financial wellness.

Own the Content Strategy

• Develop and execute a B2B content strategy aligned to business goals, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and key stages of the buyer journey.
• Establish a clear point of view that positions the Enterprise team as an industry authority—informative, credible, and refreshingly non-promotional.

Power Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to support ABM programs with tailored, insight-driven content.
• Create modular content that can be adapted across industries, personas, and buying stages.

Create High-Impact Content

• Lead the creation of cornerstone assets including white papers, case studies, reports, ebooks, guides, and webinars.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that address real employer pain points.
• Own gated content strategy to fuel lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Develop middle-of-the-funnel content that nurtures prospects and supports sales conversations.

Own the Editorial Engine

• Build and manage the editorial strategy and calendar in support of SEO, campaigns, and product priorities.
• Ensure content is timely, cohesive, and optimized for performance.

Navigate Legal & Compliance

• Act as the primary liaison with Legal and Compliance, managing content submissions, prioritization, and approvals to keep work moving efficiently.
