Location: New York

Our client is a fast-growing, New York–based SaaS and IoT technology company serving highly regulated industries. Their platform helps facilities and operations teams automate compliance, monitor critical assets, and reduce manual workload across thousands of locations nationwide.

The Role

The Director of Marketing will own and scale the company’s go-to-market strategy across demand generation, digital marketing, sales development, and events. This leader will manage a team of three marketing managers and work closely with senior leadership to drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand credibility, and support expansion into new markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on revenue, positioning, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead go-to-market strategy across product marketing, demand generation, SDR support, and events
  • Translate company growth goals into clear campaigns and execution plans
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing managers; hire as needed
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive inbound and outbound pipeline
  • Own event and trade show strategy from planning through follow-up
  • Strengthen brand positioning through clear messaging, customer stories, and consistent execution
  • Report on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and market insights

Requirements
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise product marketing experience
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven ability to translate technical products into clear positioning
  • Experience managing managers and building scalable teams
  • Comfortable owning outcomes and partnering with senior leadership
  • Must be able to work on site at NYC office every day
  • Base salary: $150,000–$180,000
    , plus bonus and equity
