Social Media Coordinator

GR Affinity, LLC (“Guaranteed Rate Affinity”) is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc (NMLS: 2611) and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Through this joint venture, GR Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.

In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.

Location: 348 West 14th St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10014

• Manage and maintain the Social Media team inboxes.
• Responsibilities include managing about both social & the program.
• Social media platform and program updates
• Questions regarding social media strategies
• Any issues with platform and/or program access
• Questions regarding Web Marketing within CRM systems
• Schedule and execute content for the Social Media program by utilizing content calendars (i.e. Smartsheet) and the content publishing tool (i.e. Sprinklr).
• Develop and manage Brian's AI videos using platforms like Hey Gen, Play Play, and Eleven Labs to produce engaging, data-driven videos at scale.
• Write and refine AI prompts that align with Brian's brand voice, tone, and storytelling goals.
• Creating and executing weekly articles via Sharepoint
• Creating bi-weekly training decks using Power Point
• Updating and creating PDF guides
• Maintain and manage approvals within our CRM content library (Total Expert)
• Understand all relevant internal tools (i.e. Evocalize, Total Expert, etc.) to best support Loan Officers in their digital online efforts

• 2-4 years’ full-time work experience
• Must have a Facebook account and basic understanding of Facebook Pages (Classic and New Experience), Linked In and Instagram.
• Tik Tok, X and Threads experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience a must. Must have strong verbal skills.
• Understanding of content publishing systems (Sprinklr, Sprout Social or Hootsuite preferred)
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Sharepoint)
• Must have strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to adapt and to work with a team
• Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs/systems quickly.
• Bonus:
  Experience with Smartsheet, Workfront and Total Expert
