Location: New York

The Marketing Lead, US & North America will own and execute CTW’s marketing and growth initiatives across the U.S. and North American region. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving user acquisition, and scaling CTW’s presence in Western gaming markets.

CTW plans to hire two Marketing Leads at the same level, with overlapping mandates, to support rapid experimentation and performance-driven execution. Over time, the Company expects to consolidate leadership based on results and business needs.

This role requires deep experience in gaming marketing, particularly in mobile and free-to-play ecosystems, and a strong understanding of U.S. gamer behavior, platforms, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute US & North America–focused marketing strategies for CTW’s platform and game titles.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new game launches and regional expansions.
  • Translate Japanese IP and content into compelling, localized marketing narratives for U.S. audiences.

User Acquisition & Growth

  • Own and optimize user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels (e.g., social, performance marketing, influencers, creators, communities).
  • Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, CAC/LTV optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experiment rapidly with channels, creatives, and messaging to identify scalable growth levers.

Brand & Market Development

  • Build CTW’s brand awareness in the U.S. and North America gaming ecosystem.
  • Work closely with PR and communications teams to align brand, product, and platform messaging.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with creators, platforms, publishers, and distribution partners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, game publishing, analytics, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and player experience.
  • Provide structured feedback to Japan-based teams on U.S. market preferences and performance.
  • Work with external marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms.
  • Support the gradual build-out of in-house marketing capabilities in North America.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in gaming marketing, growth, or user acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record in mobile or free-to-play gaming marketing in the U.S. or North America.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, UA analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience localizing and marketing international or Asian-origin games to Western audiences (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; experience working with Japan-based teams is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Company Overview

As CTW accelerates its expansion in the U.S. and North American markets, the Company is building dedicated in-house marketing leadership to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth in Western gaming markets.
