The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives for within the Amore Pacific US organization. This role manages the end to end set up, QA and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, manages lifecycle communication, and executes onsite merchandising, including product launches, site refreshes, and featured promotions. The Specialist ensures all campaigns and site updates are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and promotional messaging.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. This role works closely with the Assistant E-commerce Manager and cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative and Copy teams, to ensure campaigns and site updates are delivered on time, accurately, and with consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Job Description- Execute scheduled email and SMS campaigns, including setup, QA, deployment, and post-send checks.
- Maintain and update the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring accuracy of send dates, assets, and messaging.
- Owns the execution of site merchandising, including product and promotional setup, managing site refreshes, conducting site QA, and updating content to ensure alignment with brand campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Assist with execution and QA of lifecycle email and SMS flows, including basic updates and optimizations.
- Build basic audience segments for email and SMS campaigns under manager guidance.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by executing test setups and compiling performance results
- Pull and organize campaign performance reports, tracking key engagement metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion.
- Support lead capture and acquisition initiatives, including sign-up units, landing pages, and QR code driven experiences.
- Help ensure DTC plans, calendars, and asset deliveries remain up to date and aligned across teams
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing (internship or coordinator experience acceptable)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field
- Exposure to email and/or SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar
- Basic familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform reporting)
- Experience with CMS tools;
Shopify exposure is a plus - Comfortable working in Excel and Power Point
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas
- Interest in e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing best practices
- Passion for beauty and skincare preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working against deadlines and managing changing priorities
