About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to fuel our revenue pipeline and accelerate growth. This role is directly tied to our go-to-market success and requires someone who can craft compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers while executing across multiple marketing channels. You'll work at the intersection of storytelling and demand generation, translating complex due diligence and background screening solutions into stories that drive qualified pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a scrappy self-starter who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute hands-on across various marketing functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Drive qualified pipeline generation through integrated marketing campaigns that directly support revenue goals
  • Develop compelling narratives and positioning for Vcheck's products across customer segments (private equity, financial services, enterprise, etc.)
  • Create high-impact content that tells our customers' stories—case studies, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets
  • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts and verticals
  • Partner closely with sales to understand pipeline needs, refine messaging, and create materials that accelerate deals
  • Plan and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels—events, webinars, digital campaigns, partnerships
  • Own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, moving quickly and iterating based on results
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics to optimize programs and prove marketing ROI
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to scale execution
  • Stay close to the market, understanding competitive landscape and evolving customer needs to inform messaging and positioning
About you

Key requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers
  • Experience with demand generation, ABM, and lead nurturing strategies, ideally marketing complex B2B solutions to enterprise clients
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
  • Scrappy and resourceful—comfortable wearing multiple hats and executing hands-on across various marketing functions
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Linked In, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Bonus points for experience in background screening, due diligence, risk management, fintech, compliance, or…
