The U.S. Head of Marketing, Risk Solutions (P&C, Professional and Executive Risk, Cyber) is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives supporting Lockton’s Risk Solutions business–one of the firm’s most significant growth engines.
This role will play a critical role in elevating Lockton’s position in the up-market consideration set, expanding the firm’s total addressable market, and driving focused growth in the top 10 U.S. geographies for Risk Solutions. This role will directly influence how Lockton shows up to large, complex clients and prospects across industries.
As the principal marketing partner to Risk Solutions leadership, this position is responsible for aligning business priorities with comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase Lockton’s expertise, foster client trust, and drive growth across various industries and regions. Success in this role demands strategic vision, strong operational discipline, and adaptability within Lockton’s entrepreneurial and decentralized environment. The individual will work closely with Risk Solutions leadership, converting business objectives into cohesive marketing initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, create new opportunities, and support ongoing growth.
This position requires not only strategic acumen and operational rigor but also effective collaboration with marketing, communications, and regional teams.
- Risk Solutions Marketing Strategy
- Build and execute a U.S. marketing strategy for Lockton Risk Solutions, aligned with enterprise growth priorities and market opportunities.
- Drive Risk Solutions positioning, messaging, and value propositions through annual marketing campaigns across Risk Solutions business.
- Partner with Risk leadership to support revenue goals, client retention and market expansion in top geographies.
- Go-to-Market & Campaign Leadership
- Develop integrated go-to-market plans for Risk Solutions products and growth initiatives.
- Design and execute national and regional campaigns in partnership with Brand/Creative and Communications.
- Ensure campaigns are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business development priorities.
- Industry & Specialty Marketing Support
- Support industry vertical and specialty practices with tailored Risk Solutions marketing strategies, content, and programs.
- Partner with industry leaders to build thought leadership and market differentiation.
- Develop sector-specific narratives that demonstrate Lockton’s depth and expertise.
- Producer & Business Development Enablement
- Build high-quality marketing tools and sales resources that support Producers and client teams.
- Oversee development of pitch materials, RFP content, case studies, and client-facing content.
- Ensure Risk Solutions capabilities are clearly and consistently represented in pursuit of activity.
- Regional & Series Alignment
- Partner with Regional and Series Marketing leaders to localize national strategies.
- Enable consistent execution across markets while allowing for regional nuance – brand awareness through local events, talent attraction, capabilities campaigns.
- Build marketing strategies that support regional growth initiatives.
- Brand & Communications Partnership
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications on executive visibility, earned media, speaker's bureau and reputation initiatives tied to Risk Solutions.
- Partner with Brand/Creative to ensure strong visual identity and storytelling across campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with enterprise brand standards.
- Performance & Optimization
- Partner with Marketing Operations to define KPIs and performance dashboards.
