We are a collaborative mid‑sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Corporate team!
This Senior Account Executive will play a key role on a critical piece of business on our Corporate team. You’ll be part of the success of all client programming, getting hands‑on with complex projects, and contributing ideas to an ever‑growing client.

Location: NYC/East Coast Hybrid (Located in the NYC HUB with Be IRL 2 Days/Week)
What You’ll Do:- Serve as a strategic voice and account lead for the client
- Assist in crafting media materials (media strategies, press releases, pitches, etc.) and review the team’s miscellaneous account needs (e.g., client notes, media lists)
- Drive media relations programs, from strategic oversight to helping the team brainstorm new angles and conducting media outreach, as well as leading proactive media efforts and heat moments for media coverage
- Oversee account tracking/metrics and set performance standards for account teams
- Responsible, in partnership with account leads, for team deliverables and all client communication (emails, Slacks, etc.)
- Support client calls and internal meetings
- Help oversee and review junior team members’ work and mentor them on best practices
- Be skilled at written and verbal communications, including the ability to write effectively with data
- Be a problem solver for the team
- Maintain strong media connections or be willing to build new ones as needed
- From time to time, help participate in new business activities
- Be a voracious consumer of corporate media, stay on the pulse of the most important business news of the day, and be able to connect the dots to create opportunities for clients
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4‑5 years of experience working in‑house or at an agency
- Experience earning thought leadership in top‑tier and industry trades, and open to learning B2B industries such as professional services and technology
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex, technical material and make it compelling for media
- Media expertise and campaign development experience
- Media savviness including corporate and B2B storytelling
- Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
- A curious, solution‑oriented and collaborative approach to all work, alongside an entrepreneurial and self‑starter mindset
- Excellent client relationship management
- B2G experience is a major plus, but not a necessity
