Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking a Director, Experiential to join the growing team.
He / she / they must have technical fabrication and vendor management experience as well as strong project and time management skills to ensure that events / programs are executed to agency standard, budget and comply with state and national regulations. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.

EVENT PRODUCTION & EXECUTION | Own Work streams and Support Seamless Execution (50%)
- Own select portions of event logistics (e.g., permits, run-of-show, vendor confirmation, signage, or staffing).
- Lead cross-functional status meetings, update trackers, and distribute timelines.
- Support budgeting, vendor payments, and expense tracking in partnership with senior leads.
- Coordinate on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues independently or in partnership with leads.
Key Responsibilities (30%)
- Collaborate on the development of consumer journeys and activation plans.
- Support creative execution: vendor research, asset delivery, and brand storytelling.
- Assist in developing and delivering client-facing decks and recap materials.
Key Responsibilities (20%)
- Lead internal meetings and prep for client presentations.
- Track and communicate next steps across cross-functional teams.
- Maintain organizational systems, tools, and trackers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, 2+ years of experience in production of live events, mobile tours and fabrication of custom event elements
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and provide clear direction of in-house agency team and outside vendors
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness and drive for results in a fast-paced space
- Familiarity with alcohol beverage concepts, practices and procedures
- Required to employ an alternative work schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed during event activations
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Up to 40% travel required for onsite event management. Subject to change based off of new business and event schedule.
The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week.
Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $67,000 - $74,000 / year. Featured benefits include employer contribution to medical, vision, dental and life insurance package, 401k (with company match), paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, generous PTO, 14 holidays, winter holiday closure and Summer Fridays.
