As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior PR Manager to help shape how Bubble shows up in the world—building cultural relevance, credibility, and long-term brand equity.
The RoleThe Senior PR Manager will own and evolve Bubble’s earned media strategy, managing press relationships, storytelling, and moments that move the brand forward. This role is equal parts strategic and hands‑on, working closely with marketing, social, product, and leadership to bring Bubble’s narrative to life.
You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, shaping perception, and ensuring Bubble is consistently and thoughtfully represented across media channels.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, editors, and influencers across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and culture
- Lead proactive pitching, press outreach, and story development
- Manage product launches, brand announcements, and press moments from planning through execution
- Partner closely with social, creative, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Oversee press samples, media requests, and press reporting
- Prepare talking points, press materials, and executive briefing documents
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting on impact, sentiment, and opportunities
- Support crisis communications and issues management as needed
- Manage agency relationships, both in current markets and for new market launches
- 6–8+ years of PR experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong existing media relationships and a proven track record of earned coverage
- Strategic thinker with a strong editorial instinct
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable moving quickly
- Collaborative, thoughtful, and aligned with Bubble’s values and pace
- Agency + in‑house experience
- Experience working with Gen Z or youth‑driven brands
- Familiarity with social‑first storytelling and influencer ecosystems
- Experience supporting executive communications
