About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing across Blue Standard Inc. and Better Bone
, a consumer brand developed from Blue Standard’s proprietary material science and manufacturing platform
.

Blue Standard is a sustainability-driven material science and manufacturing company that develops innovative materials and scalable manufacturing solutions, which power consumer and B2B brands—including Better Bone. This role is responsible for connecting the platform, the materials, and the brands into clear, compelling stories that resonate across consumer, retail, wholesale, and B2B audiences.

You will work closely with teams in North America and Europe to ensure consistent brand expression and effective go-to-market execution across global sales channels.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for a marketer who enjoys brand ownership, storytelling, and execution across both consumer brands and B2B platforms.

What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Storytelling
  • Own day‑to‑day brand marketing execution for Blue Standard Inc. and Better Bone
  • Translate Blue Standard’s material science and manufacturing platform into clear, market‑facing narratives
  • Communicate how Better Bone and future brands are enabled by the platform while maintaining distinct brand identities
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across brands, channels, and regions
Campaigns & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across DTC, retail, wholesale, and B2B channels
  • Manage product launches and platform initiatives from concept through execution
  • Align positioning, assets, and timelines across internal teams and external partners
Channel & Marketing Execution
  • Execute and optimize email, paid social, influencer, content, and community initiatives
  • Support e‑commerce, marketplace, and B2B marketing efforts where applicable
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and creative partners
Retail, B2B & Trade Marketing
  • Develop marketing materials to support retail partners, distributors, and B2B customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support trade initiatives, partner presentations, and in‑market activations
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and customer‑facing storytelling
Global Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, production, and commercial teams in North America and Europe
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across global sales channels while adapting for local market needs
Performance & Insights
  • Track campaign performance and brand KPIs across both the platform and brand level
  • Manage marketing budgets and use insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–8 years of experience in brand or marketing roles
  • Strong preference for CPG experience; B2B experience is highly valued
  • Experience translating complex products, materials, or platforms into clear brand stories
  • Proven ability to manage marketing across multiple brands or business units
  • Experience working with international or cross‑regional teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategic storytelling with hands‑on execution
  • Based in NYC or able to work in a hybrid NYC role
Nice to Have
  • Experience with sustainability, materials science, or manufacturing‑led companies
  • Trade marketing or distributor‑facing experience
  • Exposure to European or global brand management
  • Marketplace or Amazon marketing experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000, depending on experience
