The Marcus US Marketing team is responsible for driving growth and end‑to‑end customer lifecycle management for millions of Marcus customers across our high‑yield savings and CD products. We’re a data‑driven team that’s hyper‑focused on performance, measurable impact, customer insights & experience and digital. We are also very collaborative, integrated with the business, providing strategic partnership with pricing, product, engineering and delivery/operations.

Marcus is growing fast – and looking for bold thinkers and doers to help us fuel the next wave of growth. We have been very successful in our acquisition program to date and are looking to expand our marketing program. As VP of Integrated Marketing, you will be a senior leader on the Marketing Acquisition team, responsible for translating market and audience insights into impactful brand strategy and execution.

This role will drive brand awareness, favorability and creation and execution of integrated go‑to‑market plans across channels to support breakthrough growth. Day‑to‑day, VP of Integrated Marketing will oversee Marcus’ brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts, including partnering with research on consumer insights, developing narrative and positioning, aligning creative, media, content and performance strategies into measurable, cohesive and effective campaigns. You will work closely with business leadership, marketing colleagues, and product and pricing to ensure seamless alignment between brand initiatives, performance marketing activities and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Refresh and maintain audience strategy, market trends and competitive landscape, working with research and acquisition teams
  • Develop new brand vision and architecture for the business and map to all customer touchpoints (e.g., advertising, web, communications)
  • Oversee creative development and advertising process
  • Develop integrated go‑to‑market plan across owned, paid and earned channels with clear priorities, KPIs, ROIs and resource allocation
  • Oversee execution, launch campaigns, working with paid media team and agency partners
  • Develop measurement infrastructure including holistic brand health measurements to measure and analyse impact of efforts
  • Build out a brand and integrated marketing infrastructure, including operating model with acquisition team
  • Identify key talents to hire to build integrated marketing capabilities at company; lead, mentor and develop high‑performing team
  • Oversee our creative agency strategy and manage day‑to‑day relationship
  • Work with PR team on any press releases, media outreach and content strategy
  • Keep pace on competitive landscape and spend
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a progressive leadership role within integrated or brand marketing
