Marketing Analyst / Brand Marketing Analyst (New York City, NY)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading media organization, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team for a contracted, hyrbid position in New York City. The Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in driving subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency through paid social and search strategies. This position focuses heavily on social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Meta, requiring the ability to build and set up ad campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will also contribute to strategic recommendations, campaign optimizations, and creative content development while managing budgets and delivering positive returns on marketing spend.

  • Strong communication and strategic planning skills.

  • Implement social and search strategies to drive subscriber acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day execution within social channels and search platforms.
  • Optimize budgets across platforms and tactics.
  • Track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs.
  • Research, develop, and test new audience segments.
  • Support creative and landing page experimentation and testing.
  • Recommend paid social and influencer strategies.
  • Contribute to QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy.
