About the RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Lead for our fast-growing, innovative food & beverage robotics start-up, G&A Robot. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for defining and driving the company’s overall marketing strategy as a growth engine — not just brand visibility or social media execution.
The primary mission of the Marketing Lead is to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly support:
- Franchise and partnership development
- End-user adoption and engagement
- Market positioning and brand differentiation
You will work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into scalable marketing systems that generate measurable, sustainable growth.
What You’ll DoOwn the Marketing Strategy
- Define long-term brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation
- Develop a clear growth roadmap aligned with business and commercial goals
- Establish marketing as a strategic lever across B2B, partnerships, and end-user markets
- Design and run tactical marketing campaigns across relevant channels
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels and customer journeys
- Drive performance across digital channels with a strong focus on ROI and metrics
- Test, iterate, and scale initiatives that deliver real business impact
- Create marketing structure, processes, and systems from the ground up
- Balance short-term performance wins with long-term brand and growth foundations
- Bring clarity, focus, and accountability to marketing efforts
You are strategic, hands-on, commercially minded, and builder-oriented:

Able to define positioning, GTM strategy, and long-term growth plans - Hands-on:
Willing and able to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize channels directly - Commercially minded:
You understand how marketing drives revenue, partnerships, and business expansion - Builder-oriented:
Comfortable creating structure where none exists while delivering immediate results
Post-secondary degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
