Description
The Social Commerce Manager will own and scale our Tik Tok Shop strategy, driving revenue through product optimization, and performance analytics. Partnering with marketing teams on creator partnerships and live shopping. This role sits at the intersection of commerce and content, with ownership of Tik Tok Shop operations and growth. This person will be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable managing daily execution while building scalable processes as the channel grows.

- Own end-to-end management of Tik Tok Shop, including product listings, promotions, pricing, and merchandising
- Develop and execute a Tik Tok Shop growth strategy aligned with revenue
- Identify and test new Tik Tok commerce features (Live Shopping, Affiliate tools, Paid Boosting, Flash Sales)
- Creator & Affiliate Management
- Build and manage a Tik Tok creator/affiliate program with the PR & Paid Media teams
- Monitor creator content quality, compliance, and conversion performance
- Live Shopping & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute Tik Tok Live Shopping events
- Coordinate hosts, creators, offers, and inventory with the PR & Paid Media teams
- Own promotional calendars for major campaigns (launches, holidays, Tik Tok sales events)
- Optimize product listings for Tik Tok Shop (titles, descriptions, imagery)
- Ensure accurate inventory syncing and coordination with Ops/Fulfillment teams
- Partner with Creative to test bundles, exclusives, and Shop-only SKUs
- Track and report on KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, affiliate performance, and return rates
- Use data to optimize creator mix, offers, and content formats
- Provide weekly and monthly performance recaps with insights and action plans
- Partner with Creative, Paid Media, Digital Merchandising, Ops and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate launches and ensure Tik Tok Shop aligns with broader brand initiatives
- Act as the internal Tik Tok Shop subject-matter expert
