The Publicis Media Exchange tactically plans and activates across all channels too, including Linear Television, Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD), Terrestrial Radio, Streaming Audio Traditional OOH, Digital & Programmatic OOH, Magazine, Newspaper and Digital.
Key duties include onboarding new clients or incremental scope for existing clients, translating communication goals to tactical plans and outcomes, being responsible for investment across channels, and driving revenue. In this role your passion for learning and evolving channel dynamics will be pivotal to our success.
Responsibilities- Develop positive relationships with brand agency teams as a key local strategic and business partner
- Gain a deep, complete and evolving understanding of our client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities – including forward looking awareness of emerging competitive threats
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ customers’ wants, needs, and behaviors across the full customer journey (awareness > trial > continuation)
- Guide the tactical direction in relation to our clients’ omni‑channel marketing approach
- Oversee tactical plan development and budget across various channels
- Craft and deliver compelling recommendations to account service and clients translating complex data and strategies into clear, actionable and compelling insights
- Apply visuals in presentations to improve understanding and engagement (PPT, charts, infographics)
- Effectively tailor messaging and delivery style to various audiences, inclusive of executive leadership and client stakeholders
- Have strong understanding of budgets and media flow for assigned clients
- Lead the translation of insights into local strategies and tactics, ensuring that outputs will resonate emotionally and logically, resulting to buy in from stakeholders
- Leading internal brainstorms and client workshops
- Support new business pitches
- Manage other members of the FAST team
- Provide job performance feedback to subordinates and make talent and staffing recommendations to management
- Resource for others in resolution of complex problems/issues
- May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary as needed
- Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion throughout tactical plans
- Influence cross-functional teams and clients toward optimal tactical and investment decisions inclusive of VBS and revenue driving opportunities
- Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with agency teams and clients, positioning oneself as a key strategic partner
- Collaborate with planning Directors and Leads in all Agency Pillars; brainstorm for increased innovation in client communication and / or productivity
- Develop/Monitor CPP/CPM’s provided to Strategy to ensure accuracy based on Client savings guarantees, marketplace trends and Agency Deals across Video, Audio, OOH & Publishing
- Advocate and manage the utilization and reporting for any Investments inclusive of VBS (Apex)
