Position: Senior Client Services Manager, Growth New New York, New York, United States
Location: New York

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world’s fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V to reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital‑like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

Tatari is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will own post‑sales relationship management and campaign execution for a portfolio of SMB clients running performance‑driven TV and CTV campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor—leading end‑to‑end strategy across your clients’ TV journey and translating performance data into actionable insights with measurable outcomes.

This is a senior individual‑contributor role with a clear path to people management as the team grows.

Responsibilities
  • Own post‑sales relationships for SMB and strategic clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Lead end‑to‑end TV and CTV strategy, including hands‑on media planning, campaign execution, optimization, and performance measurement within Tatari’s proprietary platform.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear insights and deliver performance‑led recommendations tied to CPA, CAC, and ROAS outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Tatari’s platform, TV buying workflows, and measurement capabilities—autonomously managing complex accounts and troubleshooting challenges with minimal guidance.
  • Identify unmet client needs and scaling opportunities by leveraging marketplace insights, campaign data, and a deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to prioritize initiatives, influence best practices, and elevate overall client strategy and execution.
  • Support the development of junior team members through informal mentorship and knowledge sharing, with the opportunity to take on direct people management as the team scales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year institution, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
  • 6+ years of post‑sales paid media account management with regular senior‑ and C‑level interaction.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns within TV, digital or programmatic platforms (i.e. DSPs).
  • Minimum two years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong background supporting performance‑driven brands or agencies, with demonstrated success optimizing toward CPA, CAC, ROAS, and related business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of streaming/programmatic advertising ecosystem; bonus for linear TV.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data, tell a compelling story with insights, and clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations and influence outcomes.
  • Bonus: experience across additional digital channels (SEM, paid social), advanced Excel, and data visualization or reporting expertise.
  • Total compensation ($110,000‑$150,000/Annually)
  • Equity compensation
  • Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office
  • Team building events
  • $1,000 annual continued education benefit
  • Monthly lifestyle spending reimbursements
  • FSA and commuter benefits
  • Monthly Company Wellness Day Off
  • Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week. THIS IS AN IN‑OFFICE POSITION
