Creator Partnerships Strategist
Now This is seeking an experienced and passionate Creator Strategist to join our Creator Brand Partnerships team. This role is central to the execution of our sponsored content campaigns, working with some of the world's top brands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will manage the day-to-day execution of the creator casting process from the initial RFP phase through campaign completion.
This role is a blend of strategist, negotiator, and relationship-builder. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing the talent that brings our partners' stories to life for the Now This audience, all under the guidance of the department lead. The Ideal Candidate will:- Report to and work in close partnership with the Creator Brand Partnerships Manager on all campaigns and overall strategy
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the casting process for sponsored content campaigns, from initial RFP response to final execution
- Develop and execute innovative creator casting strategies that align with brand KPIs and authentically resonate with the Now This audience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Editorial, Production, and Account Management) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution
- Handle creator negotiations and contracting, escalating complex deal points
- Build and present compelling talent recommendations to clients, leveraging data and deep industry insights
- Serve as the key point of contact for creators and their representation throughout a campaign's lifecycle
- Staff and attend in-person shoots and events, acting as the on-site liaison between clients, talent, and the Now This production team
- Stay on the cutting edge of digital trends, constantly identifying emerging talent and innovative new ways to engage the Gen Z audience
- 3+ years of experience in a creator marketing, digital advertising, or talent-focused role
- Proven ability to independently manage and coordinate complex projects in a fast-paced media environment
- Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the Gen Z creator economy and digital culture
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and talent
- A true self-starter who loves collaboration but is comfortable taking ownership of their campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, schedules, and timelines
- Well-versed in the creator landscape with an understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
- Extensive knowledge of major social platforms, most notably Tik Tok, Instagram
- Established relationships with talent managers and agents is a plus, but not required
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
