The Mission:
Elevate American Luxury in the Digital Age As the Global Digital Director for Ralph Lauren Fragrances
, you will be the lead architect of the brand's digital soul. You are responsible for defining the global digital vision, accelerating e-business growth, and crafting a seamless, premium omnichannel experience that resonates with the modern luxury consumer.
You will navigate a complex, fast‑paced global matrix, bridging the gap between brand storytelling and transactional excellence. From mastering the Amazon ecosystem to pioneering O+O (Offline + Online) retail innovations, your role is to ensure Ralph Lauren Fragrances wins the hearts and "carts" of consumers worldwide.
What You Will Achieve- Strategic Roadmap & Vision:
Define and deploy the 3-year global digital strategy. You will set the pace for E‑Business, D2C (including Amazon/Marketplaces), and E‑Retail excellence. - Omnichannel Acceleration (O+O):
Revolutionize the consumer journey by synchronizing digital touchpoints with physical retail, ensuring a consistent and elevated "American Dream" brand experience at every click and corner. - Global Go‑To‑Market Excellence:
Lead the digital and media investment guidelines (in synergy with Communications) for iconic global launches, ensuring maximum ROI and brand heat. - Platform & Marketplace Mastery:
Architect the global strategy for D2C platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, , etc.), defining the merchandising, UX/UI vision, and consumer experience guidelines. - Collaborative Storytelling:
Partner with Creative, Social, and Marketing teams to ensure that our digital presence is not just functional, but emotionally resonant and brand‑aligned. - Market Growth & Optimization:
Act as the strategic partner to Zones and Markets, providing the tools, guidelines, and analytical support needed to optimize local digital presence and performance. - Budget & Resource Stewardship:
Strategically manage the global digital budget, allocating resources to high‑impact initiatives that fuel long‑term brand equity and short‑term sales.
- A Digital Visionary: 10+ years in digital leadership, ideally within Luxury, Beauty, or Lifestyle. You understand that in luxury, the "how" is just as important as the "what."
- A Growth Hacker with a Luxury Lens:
You are as comfortable with data analytics and ROI optimization as you are with high‑end creative storytelling. - A Marketplace Expert:
Deep experience navigating the Amazon ecosystem and premium E‑Retailer landscapes. - An Influential Leader:
