What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Product Marketing – Asset Management professional to join our team! This role partners closely with senior asset class marketers and investment experts to develop compelling product-related content and communications across multiple platforms, including U.S. and international mutual funds, SMAs, CITs, and ETFs. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, financial services knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Content Development & Communication
- Collaborate with senior marketers to create product-related content and communications for various investment platforms.
- Develop investment thought leadership and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent and timely integration of content across print (presentations, brochures, thought leadership) and digital channels (website, social media, email, mobile).
- Project Execution & Quality Control
- Lead the execution of small-scale initiatives and serve as a checkpoint for branding, tone, and compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, emerging issues, and potential threats.
- Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Partner with product management, marketing communications, and channel marketing teams to address gaps and build awareness of products and services.
- Act as an asset class/investment team champion in positioning, messaging, and targeted communications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years in financial services marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and asset management industry.
- Ability to contribute to product marketing and communication strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and build strong relationships.
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$73,150 - $120,120 / year
Salary Details- Des Moines, IA: $73,150 - $95,095 / year
- Charlotte / Denver: $77,000 - $100,100 / year
- Chicago: $84,700 - $110,110 / year
- New York City: $92,400 - $120,120 / year
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location(s)Our preference is for the position to be based at our World Headquarters in Des Moines, IA. We will also consider candidates who are located within commuting distance of our offices in Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, or New York City and able to work hybrid from one of those locations. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 3–4 days per week in the office.
