Our client, a leader in the beauty technology industry, is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team.

about the role:

In this supporting role, you will manage day-to-day execution of product launches and commercial initiatives, from SKU set-up through retailer planning and post-launch analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Product Development, Demand and Supply Planning, Education, Sales, and Finance, helping to drive business performance for a growing and innovative beauty portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Support
    :
    Partner with the Beauty Category team on ongoing strategic planning, data analysis, and preparation for cross-functional and leadership meetings.
  • Go-to-Market Planning & Execution
    :
    Collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan, execute, and measure product launch strategies that drive market share growth and new product sales.
  • Sales Reporting & Insights
    :
    Support regular sales reporting, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform business decisions and optimization plans.
  • Sample & GWP Strategy
    :
    Assist in developing and executing sampling and gift-with-purchase strategies across first- and third-party channels, incorporating category and competitive trends.
  • Campaign Execution
    :
    Lead campaign set-up with guidance from the Marketing Manager. Oversee day-to-day execution, measurement, and optimization of media plans in partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Media teams.
  • Product Review & Influencer Campaigns
    :
    Brief and manage micro-influencer and product review programs for new launches, tracking and reporting on ratings, reviews, and engagement.
  • Category Insights
    :
    Support category and cross-functional teams by delivering campaign performance readouts, competitive analyses, and product insights that guide strategy and future initiatives.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing or sales; beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and evaluate results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using data and analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work and problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to pivot as business needs evolve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly across different levels of the organization.
