The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, supporting retail marketing and leasing efforts for Brookfield Properties’ New York real estate portfolio.#
** Role & Responsibilities:
*** Serve as point of contact and liaison with retail leasing, retail operations, property management teams, and outside agencies to gather information and facilitate various requests
* Responsibility for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation across multiple channels and stakeholders (includes, but is not limited to: on-site walkthroughs, vendor agreements, setup, etc)
* Create, plan and deliver retail marketing assets working within a defined schedule, tracking success and sharing reports with leasing
* Support in coordination, execution and follow up on all marketing events; tracking RSVPs, managing check-in, ordering supplies, collecting vendor COIs, acting as liaison with caterers, event planners, and building management to ensure seamless vendor access
* Update and maintain websites for Brookfield Place and Manhattan West
* Liaison with SVP of Marketing for digital marketing and direct sponsorship inquiries
* Manage and coordinate all social media retailer requests
* Responsible for communicating and coordinating with retail operations and property management to ensure alignment and marketing executional support
* Coordinate any retail integrations into planned activations with event team
* Arrange photoshoots of assets, coordinating access for photographer on the property and from vantage point properties as needed
* Manage our project management platform to ensure organization, communication and timelines are tracking#

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
* Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Results driven self-starter able to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities
* Strong graphics, writing and oral communication skills
* Working knowledge of project management platforms, Excel, CMS
* Collaborative and flexible, with a can-do attitude
* Pro-active and reliable, driven to achieve team goals#
