The Creator Commerce team at Maison MRKT sits at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. As the key client‑facing group for influencer activation, we convert social conversation into measurable performance for luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle partners.
Working cross‑functionally with Growth Marketing, Paid Media, and Analytics, the Creator Commerce team sources creators, seeds product, and scales content through paid social and affiliate networks to drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition. Success in this role means maximizing the impact of our influencer and affiliate investments for Maison MRKT’s roster of clients.
What you’ll do:
- Source and pitch creators across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms; draft compelling outreach that converts prospects to partners.
- Own first-touch relationships: negotiate deliverables, gather usage rights, and shepherd contracts
- Build and maintain an always‑on database of trend‑setting micro‑, mid‑tier, and marquee creators aligned to each client’s brand DNA.
- Coordinate product seeding: manage inventory lists, shipping timelines, and unboxing follow‑ups to maximize organic coverage.
- Activate affiliate campaigns: create unique links/codes, QA tracking, and monitor sale‑through to optimize commission structures.
- Partner with Paid Media: flag whitelisted posts, brief boosting assets, and surface performance signals.
- Pull weekly dashboards (Meta, Tik Tok Creator Marketplace, etc.), distill insights, and recommend next steps.
- Translate platform updates, viral formats, and algorithm shifts into actionable ideas for the wider team.
Desired
Skills:
- 0‑2 years of internship, freelance, or campus‑ambassador experience in influencer or social media marketing.
- Fluency in current creator trends: can explain why a Tik Tok sound, IG Reel format, or You Tube Shorts meme is resonating.
- Comfort juggling 50+ creator threads while maintaining immaculate inbox and spreadsheet hygiene.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (knowledge of Shop My a plus!) or eagerness to learn fast.
- Ability to write crisp, on‑brand outreach copy and adapt voice for luxury, clean‑beauty, or streetwear in a snap.
- Analytical mindset; proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and a willingness to dive into performance data.
- Strong communication skills and the poise to work cross‑functionally across several clients and teams.
- Bonus: photography, video‑editing, or UGC creation experience.
