Cold Email Specialist; Modern Stack – to Z Ownership

We are hiring a Cold Email Operator
, not a newsletter marketer.

If you’ve worked inside tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay
, and you know how to manage domains, inboxes, and deliverability at scale — keep reading.

If your background is mainly Mailchimp or Hub Spot newsletters, this is not the role.

You will manage our entire outbound cold email engine:

• Domain & inbox infrastructure setup
• DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Inbox warmup and deliverability management
• Prospect list building & segmentation
• Writing high-converting cold email sequences
• A/B testing subject lines, angles, and CTAs
• Monitoring reply rates & optimizing campaigns
• Working directly with sales to improve lead quality

This role is about performance, not vanity metrics.

You must have hands-on experience with:

• Instantly or Smartlead (required)
• Apollo, Clay, or similar data tools
• Inbox rotation & multi-domain sending
• Cold email deliverability best practices
• Running campaigns for US-based B2B audiences

Experience in financial services, lending, or business funding is a strong plus.

• Consistent qualified leads delivered to sales
• Strong positive reply rates
• Healthy inbox reputation
• Continuous testing and improvement

You’ll be judged on results and ownership.

This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week).
