Manager, Influencer Marketing

Location: New York

This role is central to our influencer team, playing a part in developing strategy and having overall responsibility for program delivery from the time strategy is approved to reporting. It requires strong project management experience while ensuring client goals are met every step of the way. It provides the opportunity to build relationships with both influencers and clients, all in a supportive, people-first environment on a team with ample growth opportunities.
** New York City-based candidates are strongly preferred. This role operates on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Supporting the Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing with influencer communications and contracting with talent and their representatives. Approximately 2-4 years’ applicable experience. Agency experience is preferred.  Strong project management abilities and skills. Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, Captiv8, or similar.  Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.  Experience or interest in managing junior team members.  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.  
** Additional Information
** The annual salary range for this position is $66,300-$75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
