Showroom Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Showroom & Public Relations Assistant to support our PR and showroom operations. This role will assist with media relations, sample trafficking, showroom appointments, Fashion Week coordination, and brand launch reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and has a strong interest in public relations and brand communications.

• Maintain showroom organization, merchandising, and presentation standards
• Manage sample inventory, trafficking, and returns
• Coordinate stylist, editor, influencer, and VIP appointments
• Prepare pull sheets and oversee sample check‑in/check‑out processes
• Assist with showroom events and seasonal previews

• Compile and distribute press materials and media kits
• Track press coverage and create detailed press clipping reports
• Maintain and update media contact lists
• Assist with influencer and celebrity seeding initiatives

• Assist with planning and execution of Fashion Week presentations or runway shows
• Coordinate backstage logistics, guest lists, and RSVP tracking
• Support sample preparation, look coordination, and stylist communications
• Assist with post‑show follow‑up, press recaps, and coverage tracking

• Track product launch performance including press impressions and placements
• Compile launch recap decks with KPIs and performance analytics
