We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale TRIHARD's next chapter.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves owning the full growth engine — from paid acquisition to conversion optimization to retention — and wants to build something meaningful inside a high-growth CPG brand operating across Amazon, DTC, and retail
.

You’ll work primarily on Amazon and DTC
, while managing agencies and external freelancers — and still staying hands‑on in the day-to-day.

• Paid media strategy & execution across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
• Full-funnel optimization (creative testing, landing pages, PDPs, checkout, offers)
• Amazon Seller Central management (catalog, listings, A+ content, SEO, promos, reviews, inventory hygiene)
• Conversion rate optimization across DTC & marketplaces
• Retention & lifecycle marketing (email/SMS, cohorts, LTV expansion)
• Manage and scale agencies & external freelancers
• Performance tracking, dashboards, and clear growth insights

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing (CPG or e-commerce preferred)
• Hands‑on operator who can both execute and think strategically
• Deep understanding of paid media economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin)
• Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for outcomes
• Curious, analytical, and creative

New York (on-site) or remote for exceptional candidates.
