Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-energy, "full-stack"
Social Commerce Lead to spearhead our agency’s Social Commerce practice. This is a high-visibility leadership role sitting at the intersection of Commerce, Social Strategy, and Paid Social.
You are the Subject Matter Expert responsible for evangelizing social commerce to our roster of world-class clients, helping to define the vision for the agency’s social commerce capability and architecting and scaling new social commerce offerings. You will bridge the gap between our Commerce and Social Strategy teams and be responsible for developing and cross-training talent. Social platform-specific expertise and experience with Tik Tok Shop and other social commerce products is a must.
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with taking charge without much direction, as you will be the primary driver of revenue growth in this emerging category.
Social Commerce Strategy & Consultation

Lead the strategic vision for clients, identifying where social commerce fits within their broader commerce, retail media and DTC goals. - Platform Innovation: Be the first to know—and the first to test—new features across Tik Tok Shop, Instagram Shopping, Pinterest, and You Tube.
- Pitch & Evangelism: Act as the "closer" in new business pitches, articulating the value of social commerce to C-suite stakeholders and securing client buy-in for pilot programs.
Tactical Execution & Storefront Management
- Shop Setup & Management: Collaborate with technical platform teams, clients and external vendors to oversee the technical setup and management of client storefronts, including product catalog integration, storefront merchandising, and checkout flow optimization.
- Creator & Affiliate Ecosystems: Collaborate with internal and external agency teams to oversee the use of affiliates and creators as part of a client’s social commerce strategy. Understand the nuances of sourcing, onboarding, and managing creator/affiliate partnerships specifically designed to drive shop sales rather than just "brand awareness."
- Promotional Planning: Coordinate with client merchandising teams to align social activations with product drops, flash sales, and seasonal inventory and provide consult on merchandising strategy.
Measuring Success
- Measurement Strategy: Work with data and analytics teams to develop robust measurement models that track social commerce storefront or shop revenue, ROI, and CAC, ensuring attribution is clearly understood across the media mix.
- Actionable Reporting: Translate complex platform data into clear, narrative-driven reports that demonstrate the incrementality of social commerce to client bottom lines.
Practice Leadership
- Capability Vision & Growth: Help set the vision of the Social Commerce capability alongside Commerce and Social Leads to define our agency’s unique differentiator in this emerging space.
- Team Growth: Build and mentor an internal team of Social Commerce managers and specialists, establishing standard deliverables, offerings and ways of working. Develop and cross-train existing commerce and social strategy talent to bridge the gap between the two disciplines.
