Senior Account Executive

Autumn PR is a public relations firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles, specializing in beauty and wellness. Since its inception in 2009, the firm has launched and grown many of today's leaders in beauty. Crafting and executing tailored thoughtful strategies for a diverse clientele, from niche brands to luxury names, the team comprises talented professionals with varied PR backgrounds, enabling dynamic and effective approaches to outreach and strategy.

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Account Executive, located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include client management, coordinating media and influencer outreach, overseeing the development of press materials, and contributing to strategies. The Senior Account Executive will also manage junior account team members, foster strong relationships with clients and press, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure the delivery of top-notch results for clients.

• 3-5 years Beauty PR experience, agency experience preferred
• Solid press relationships
• Proven experience in securing press coverage, event planning, and strategy building
• Has pulse on industry trends, influencer space, and industry talent
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced industry and environment
• Outstanding Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
• Ability to analyze PR metrics and deliver measurable results
• Experience in beauty and wellness industries is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
