Job Overview

As a Marketing Associate at Fynn, you will play a key role in executing and scaling our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This is an in‑person role based in our Bryant Park NYC office and is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants meaningful responsibility and exposure across the full marketing funnel.

You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to support brand awareness, demand generation, and content strategy. Success in this role means being creative, organized, data‑driven, and excited to contribute in a growing healthcare tech startup.

Responsibilities Multi‑Channel Marketing Execution

Support and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, SEO, social media, website, and events.

Assist in managing multi‑channel marketing initiatives to drive inbound leads and brand visibility.

Track campaign performance and help report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

SEO and Paid Advertising

Support SEO strategy including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content alignment.

Assist with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).

Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation and Design

Create and edit marketing content including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and sales collateral.

Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.

Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator (preferred), Canva, or similar design platforms.

Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Sales and Event Support

Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaign support.

Assist with conference and event preparation, booth materials, and post‑event campaigns.

Support webinar coordination and promotional initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align messaging and go‑to‑market strategy.

Contribute ideas and take ownership of marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfortable working in‑person in our Bryant Park NYC office.

Experience with SEO and keyword strategy.

Exposure to or experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google, Linked In, Meta, etc.).

Experience with multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in content creation and design tools (Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred).

Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Preferred

Experience in senior living, healthcare, or B2B healthcare technology marketing is strongly preferred. Candidates without relevant industry exposure will not be considered.

Mindset

Self‑starter with a strong bias toward action.

Creative and analytical — comfortable balancing storytelling with performance metrics.

Excited to grow within a startup environment and take on increasing responsibility.
